frequently asked questions
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is focused on personal growth, self-trust, and nervous system support rather than diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. While my background is in clinical mental health, the coaching work offered here is non-clinical and does not replace therapy or medical care.
How do I know which offering is right for me?
The Signature 1:1 Coaching container is best if you’re seeking ongoing, relational support and space for deeper nervous system and identity-level work over time.
Gentle 1:1 Support Sessions are ideal if you’re navigating a specific season, feeling overwhelmed, or wanting grounding and clarity without a longer commitment.
If you’re unsure, the complimentary consultation is a great place to explore what feels most aligned.
Is the 3-month coaching container a structured program?
Rather than following a rigid weekly curriculum, the 3-month container is guided by a natural progression that unfolds over time. Our work often moves through themes such as regulation, self-trust, identity shifts, and integration- while remaining responsive to your unique needs, pace, and nervous system.
This allows the work to feel supportive and personalized rather than prescriptive.
What happens during Gentle 1:1 Support Sessions?
These sessions are fully client-led and focus on what feels most present for you in the moment. We may explore regulation, reflection, decision-making, or grounding- depending on what you’re navigating. There is no set agenda or ongoing commitment.
What kind of support is included between sessions in the 1:1 container?
Light between-session support is included to offer continuity and grounding as the work unfolds. This may include brief check-ins or reflections, with clear boundaries to support sustainability for both of us. This container is not designed for crisis support.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for the Signature 1:1 Coaching container and can be discussed during your consultation.
Who is this work best suited for?
This work is best suited for individuals who are emotionally aware, open to reflection, and seeking a gentler, more grounded relationship with themselves. It may be especially supportive during seasons of transition, stress, or identity shifts.
What if I’m feeling nervous or unsure about starting?
That’s completely okay. Many people arrive feeling unsure, tender, or curious rather than confident. The consultation is a low-pressure space to connect, ask questions, and listen to what feels right for you.
