1:1 Coaching Container
(3 months, can be longer if desired)
This container is for people who want deeper, ongoing support in rebuilding their relationship with themselves. Together, we focus on nervous system regulation, self-worth, identity shifts, and creating inner safety- especially during seasons of stress, transition, or uncertainty.
Our work is gentle, collaborative, and grounded. Rather than fixing or forcing change, we create the conditions for clarity, self-trust, and ease to emerge naturally.

Single or Short-Term Coaching Sessions
These sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of grounding and perspective, this option offers short-term support without a long-term commitment.
Sessions focus on regulation, reflection, and reconnecting with your inner resources- offering support that feels calming, clarifying, and supportive rather than overwhelming.
